Q. Which vehicles do you dismantle?
A. We only dismantle 4WD vehicles and light commercial utes and vans in 4WD and 2WD. We do not dismantle passenger cars.
Q. Do you deliver Australia wide?
A. We use over 20 couriers to ensure that we can deliver to most of the parts of Australia in an economical and efficient manner.
Q. Where are you located?
A. We are located at 102 Charlesworth St. Ballarat East, VIC 3350, but can service most parts of Australia.

Q. Which payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept most credit cards and direct bank transfer. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club.
Q. What are your hours of trade?
A. We are open from Monday to Friday between 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. We are not open on weekends or public holidays.
Q. Do you sell parts for Falcon or Commodore Utes?
A. No, we do not dismantle these vehicles.
Q. Do you buy whole vehicles?
A. Yes, we do. We are happy to quote on vehicles, provided pictures, kilometres and proof of ownership can be supplied.
Q. Do the parts come with a warranty?
A. We provide at least a 3-month warranty on all parts.
