A. You can change the delivery address by calling 1300 185 185 between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Q. How do I cancel or change an order?
A. You can cancel or change an order for Stratco manufactured product provided that manufacturing has not commenced. Orders for non-Stratco manufactured products can be cancelled or changed provided that the order has not been dispatched for delivery. You will need to call 1300 125 125 between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday to see if your order can be cancelled or changed.
Q. How do I become a new Super Saver Member?
A. In our website, the top red bar on the right hand side, click on the 'Login / Register' (person) icon. Click on the 'Super Saver & Garden Club' link to visit the Register Page. In the right column under 'I don’t have a card yet', fill in your details and click 'Create Account'. Your online profile will be set up, your details will be processed and your Super Saver card will be sent to you in the post.
Q. How long are my online vouchers valid for?
A. Unless otherwise specified, the voucher will have the same duration as a voucher generated in-store. This duration is three months. However, from time to time we may choose to reduce or increase the duration of the vouchers at our discretion.

A. The old roof will be removed and a new roof installed in one day. This new roof will be 100% waterproofed on the first day but depending on the size of the job we may need to return the next day to finish off the trimmings.
Q. Can I stay at home while my asbestos roof is being replaced?
A. We are a registered and approved asbestos remove a list business with workplace health & safety. As a precautionary measure only we would like to advise to keep your windows closed & not to have your washing on the line. It is ok for you to be home.
Q. How long will it take to remove my asbestos roof and install a new roof?
A. We will remove the asbestos roof to WH&S regulations and install the new roof in one day. We may need to return on the next day to finish off the trimmings but the new roof will be 100% waterproof after the first day.

A. No, as Sykes Roofing employs our own team of tradesman that work directly and only for Sykes Roofing.

A. 10 years with Sykes Roofing but BlueScope Steel also provide a warranty on the product.

Q. Do I need to pay a deposit upfront?
A. We don’t take any deposit but full payment for the job must be within 7 days of job completion.
