A. Wherever possible, and subject to availability, we will aim to get to your home within 30 minutes* of your call. Of course, If you have an alternative time or date preference, you can always book in advance as well.

A. If you wish to pay on site on the day, our air conditioning technicians can take cash, EFTPOS, credit card or cheque. You can also pay via direct deposit if you wish. Approved customers can also take advantage of our convenient finance options** that allow you to make repayments in weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments. A. They certainly are! All are backed by a $20m public liability insurance for your peace of mind.

A. After Hours Air Conditioning supplies, installs and services most heating and cooling brands and models, such as Braemar, Breezair, Kelvinator, Carrier, Lennox, Panasonic, Toshiba, Sharp, Nec, Hitachi, York and many more!
Q. What other services do you offer?
A. Our After Hours services also extend to plumbing and electrical work for the home, so we’re available to assist on those needs as well!
Q. Are there any added charges for public holidays or weekends?
A. No there isn’t. No matter what the day or time, After Hours Air Conditioning never charges extra for after-hours attendance. That includes weekends and public holidays.

A. Our technicians quote by job, not by hour. And we’ll give you a fixed-price, upfront quote before we begin any work, so you know exactly what you’re up for.

If you have an emergency, we’ll always aim to be at your home within 30 minutes* of your booking (subject to availability). However, we’re not just emergency electricians. You can also book our services in advance for a time and date that works for you.

We provide a wide range of payment options for your convenience. Choose from EFTPOS, credit card, cash, cheque or direct deposit. We also offer eligible customers the opportunity to apply for one of our finance options** so you can fix now and pay later!

We certainly don’t! After Hours Electrical charges the same rates at any time of the day or night, whether it’s for a weekend or public holiday call out, or simply just out of standard business hours.

We quote by the job, rather than by the hour. We also quote upfront, so there’s no rude shocks with the bill once the job is complete.
