Q. How do I cancel or change an order?
A. You can cancel or change an order for Stratco manufactured product provided that manufacturing has not commenced. Orders for non-Stratco manufactured products can be cancelled or changed provided that the order has not been dispatched for delivery. You will need to call 1300 125 125 between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday to see if your order can be cancelled or changed.
Q. How do I become a new Super Saver Member?
A. In our website, the top red bar on the right hand side, click on the 'Login / Register' (person) icon. Click on the 'Super Saver & Garden Club' link to visit the Register Page. In the right column under 'I don’t have a card yet', fill in your details and click 'Create Account'. Your online profile will be set up, your details will be processed and your Super Saver card will be sent to you in the post.
Q. How long are my online vouchers valid for?
A. Unless otherwise specified, the voucher will have the same duration as a voucher generated in-store. This duration is three months. However, from time to time we may choose to reduce or increase the duration of the vouchers at our discretion.
Q. Do I need a receipt to return my order?
A. Yes, you will need a copy of your receipt to return your order.
