These terms govern the purchase of paid listings, featured placements, and lead services on BizzLinkAI. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following conditions.

This Refunds, Cancellations, Payment & Billing Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions of BizzLinkAI. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Subscription Fees

• BizzLinkAI offers directory listings, AI-visibility services, and related marketing solutions under monthly or annual subscription models.

• Fees are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

• Subscription fees are payable in advance and must be received before your listing or service is activated.

• All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (Stripe, Square, or equivalent).

2. Refunds

In line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

• No Refunds for Change of Mind – We do not offer refunds if you decide you no longer wish to use our services, including after your listing is published or leads have been delivered.

• Service Not Provided as Described – If we fail to deliver a service as advertised, you may be entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) as required by ACL.

• Faulty or Failed Service – If our service is substantially defective or cannot be rectified within a reasonable time, you are entitled to cancel and request a refund under ACL.

• Partial Periods – Refunds are not issued for partially used subscription periods.

• Third-Party Outcomes – We cannot refund fees based on business performance, number of leads generated, or AI search visibility, as these outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

3. Cooling-Off Period

• If you are classified as a consumer under ACL, you may have a limited cooling-off period depending on how you purchased the service (e.g., unsolicited sales, phone sales).

• For online subscriptions, no statutory cooling-off period applies once the service has commenced (e.g., listing published, AI optimisation applied).

• At our discretion, we may provide a 48-hour goodwill cancellation period if no services have yet been delivered.

4. Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@bizzlinkai.au.

• Cancellation prevents renewal at the next billing cycle but does not entitle you to a refund for the current cycle.

• Upon cancellation:

  • Your listing will remain active until the end of the paid period.

  • After expiry, your listing may be downgraded to a free/basic listing or removed entirely.

5. Payment & Billing Policy

• Recurring Billing – By subscribing to a monthly or annual plan, you authorise BizzLinkAI to charge your selected payment method (Stripe, Square, or equivalent) automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

• Billing Dates – Payments are processed on the date of initial subscription and on the same calendar day for each subsequent billing cycle. If the billing date does not exist in a given month (e.g., 31st), payment will be processed on the closest following business day.

• Invoices & Receipts – You will receive an electronic receipt by email for each payment. Tax invoices are available upon request.

• Failed Payments – If a payment fails:

  • We will notify you and attempt to re-process the charge within 3–5 business days.

  • Your listing may be suspended until payment is successful.

  • If payment is not received within 14 days, your subscription may be cancelled, and your listing removed.

• Currency – All charges are processed in AUD. International customers are responsible for exchange rates and any applicable bank or card fees.

6. Suspension & Removal for Non-Payment

• BizzLinkAI reserves the right to suspend or remove business listings immediately if subscription payments are overdue.

• Reinstatement requires full payment of outstanding fees.

• We are not liable for loss of visibility, leads, or business opportunities resulting from suspension or removal due to non-payment.

7. Changes to Fees and Billing

• We may update our subscription fees from time to time.

• Fee changes will not affect current billing cycles and will take effect at the start of your next renewal period.

• We will provide at least 14 days’ notice of any changes to subscription pricing.

However, the effectiveness of these leads depends on the advertiser’s ability to engage and convert them. We are not liable for any loss of potential revenue resulting from unconverted leads. Advertisers are encouraged to optimize their response strategies to maximize the benefits of our lead distribution service.
