A. Wherever possible, we can be at your door within the hour. If you have a time/date preference, we will always do our best to fit in with your schedule.
Q. What are the methods of payment?
A. On site, our plumbers accept cash, credit card or cheque. We also have finance options** to approved applicants. If you would like to take advantage of these, simply mention it on the phone to our friendly call staff.
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes! We have $20 million dollars of liability insurance.
Q. What models or air conditioner do you supply, install and service?
A. We supply, install and service most makes and models of air conditioning and heating systems, including Braemar, Breezair, Kelvinator, Carrier, Lennox, Panasonic, Toshiba, Sharp, Nec, Hitachi, York and many more!
Q. What other services do you offer?
A. We also have a team of qualified electricians and plumbers, so if you need more than just your air conditioner serviced, we can attend to all your electrical and plumbing needs too!
Q. Do you charge extra for public holidays or weekends?
A. No we don’t! Regardless of the day or time, we never charge extra for after-hours attendance.

A. We quote by job, not by hour. And we’ll tell you the fixed price before start, so you know exactly what you’re up for.

A. All of air conditioning technicians are fully qualified, insured and have undergone extensive training to meet our high quality standards before starting work with our clients. We continuously train our staff so they are up to date with leading air conditioning best practice.
